Because of his appearance and his stench, people shunned him, and as he lay dying in a urine stained alley on skid row, an Angel appeared.

The Famed Fluggleman Award

As the head of the Business Forum, this year I had the honor of presenting the highest business award, The Fluggleman to Morrie Mutty.

Mr. Mutty won this lifetime achievement award for his invention of the cotton filler that goes into many containers instead of more of the product consumers thought they were receiving.

By substituting cotton, businesses save a fortune.

Take Me Instead

As 6-year-old Molly lay dying in her hospital bed, her parents sat on either side of her, holding her hands, as tears ran down their cheeks.

Just then, a golden light lit the room, as an angel came for Molly.

"Take me instead," Molly's father pleaded

A Value Greater Than Gold

Placerville, near Sutter's Mill, is where the 1849 California Gold Rush began, and today, many people believe there is much more gold there, awaiting discovery.

One day, Charlie a geology professor, and his wife Abby visited Placerville.

While staring into a shallow stream, Charlie picked up a bright, glittery rock. As a geologist, he knew instantly it was gold, worth thousands of dollars.

Gripped by gold fever, they sold their home, and bought a Placerville cabin.

The End Of Wars

God called a meeting of angels to address an urgent issue. "On earth, mankind continues to kill itself, and I'm sick of it."
