"Where's your head," asked the 6-year-old girl.
"It's in here," replied the man. "I've pulled my sweater over it."
"Why," the little girl asked.
"Because I sometimes say foolish things," answered the man. "And I can't face others after I've said them."
"Doesn't everyone sometimes say foolish things," replied the little girl.
"Yes," said the man. "But unlike me, they're not smart enough to hide from them."
"But if you hide from them," asked the little girl, "How can the lessons from those foolish things find you?"
"I don't know," the man slowly replied, and he then pulled the neck of the sweater down, showing his head.
"I thought if no-one knew who said those foolish things, they would assume they came from from Mr. Nobody."
"But now I realize Mr. Nobody never grows wiser.
"If I want to grow wiser, I must be accountable for the foolish things I say, and with time, those foolish things will grow few, as my wisdom grows more."
