Yesterday, June 20, 2025 was the 56th anniversary of the first moon landing, as Apollo 11 Astronauts Neil Armstrong and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin walked on the moon.
This journey captured the imaginations of the 650 million people that watched it that day on TV and it still captivates people today.
In a related story reported exclusively for this fable, while walking on the moon, Neil Armstrong lost his car keys somewhere on the moon's surface.
Unfortunately, before the launch, he had ignored the large locker room sign stating, “Before orbiting the moon, personal items must be placed in your locker.“
As an unfortunate result, after returning to Cape Canaveral, the site of the Apollo 11 launch, Mr. Armstrong was locked out of his car.
It also turned out that in his rush to be on time for the Apollo 11 launch, he had parked in a short-term parking lot, and his car had been heavily ticketed.
But there was some good news. He was relieved to find he still had his wallet, his toothbrush and a bag of M&Ms.
